Creating a Ribbon Menu

You can also create interactive menus and navigation bars that run horizontally across the page. In this section, I show you how to create a type of navigation bar that is sometimes referred to as a ribbon menu. It is called that because it runs across the page like a ribbon, taking up a minimum of vertical space on the page. This type of menu is often used as a navigation bar; a navigation bar is a horizontal menu running across the top or bottom of a Web page that enables you to navigate through the different parts of a Web site.
