Location, Location, Location

WHEN YOU DRAW CARTOONS, you are creating not just characters, but the whole world they live in as well. Chairs, street lamps, cuckoo clocks, convertibles, and fire hydrants are just a few of the props that pop up periodically. The artist designs props to heighten the mood and strengthen the story line of his cartoon. The choice of which props to use depends on whether it’s a jungle saga or a big-city crime drama, whether it takes place in the future or the Stone Age, and whether or not it’s intended to amuse, thrill, or chill.
