Know Your Mission

Focus on your desired outcomes. Try not to think of the process as robotic or restrictive, but be robotic, be restrictive. While you’re working, update the lists of things you have to do to make what you want to happen actually happen. Do this update every hour in your head. This is one of those ideas that seems silly at first but will change your career. Your creative brain should feel like a frat party during nights and weekends, but it’s time to clean it up during work hours.
