FAST MOMENTS

Many of the moments in the last chapter were fast, but their essential quality was that they had everything to do with viewpoint, and that outranked everything else. Here in this chapter, what the moments have in common is that they happen rapidly, and this takes precedence. There are two dimensions to this. One is their pure speed. The other is their onset and how it relates to us as photographers.
