About the Author
Charlotte K. Lowrie is a professional editorial, stock, and portrait photographer and awardwinning writer based in the Seattle, Washington, area. Her writing and photography have appeared in numerous magazines, newspapers, books, and on Web sites. She is the author of 10 books including the best-selling Canon Rebel XSi Digital Field Guide and the Canon EOS 50D Digital Field Guide, and she is the coauthor of Exposure and Lighting for Digital Photographers Only.
