A little while back I was visiting with my friends Ken and Amy so that I could get a few pictures of their beautiful children to use in this book. As it turned out, I ended up giving an impromptu photo class to Amy, who was frustrated with the pictures she was getting from her camera.

I had to laugh a little as I was explaining the relationship between aperture and depth of field. I told her that she is my target demographic.
