About the Author
Charlotte Lowrie is an award-winning freelance journalist and professional photographer based in the Seattle area. She shoots portraits and editorial assignments, as well as stock photography. Her writing and photography have appeared in newsstand magazines and newspapers, and on industry Web sites including the Canon Digital Learning Center and TakeGreatPictures.com (www.TakeGreatPictures.com). Charlotte is the author of four books, including the Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT Digital Field Guide, Adobe Camera Raw Studio Skills, Canon EOS 30D Digital Field Guide, and Teach Yourself Visually Digital Photography, 2nd Edition, all published by John Wiley & Sons.
