The following are some common problems that you may experience when using CAD software. The list is not extensive or software specific, as that may well take a book in itself, but it will help with some of the issues that you will most often encounter. It’s a good idea to keep a small journal handy, to write down any problems and solutions that you come across; you can refer to this when needed, and even share the information with colleagues. With the proliferation of information on the internet, it’s also usually possible to find a solution to any problem you encounter when using CAD software.
