bool operator==(const multimap<Key,T,Comp,Alloc>& x,
                const multimap<Key,T,Comp,Alloc>& y);

The == operator returns true if x and y have the same size and their elements are equal, that is, x.size( ) == y.size( ) && equals(x.begin( ), x.end( ), y.begin( )).
