Understanding Docker

To start using Docker, look for the Docker for Windows desktop application:

This will start Docker on your machine. When Docker is running, you will see it in your taskbar:

By default, Docker should be started after installation, so just check to see whether it's running from the taskbar first. Let's have a look at the various settings available to us with Docker.
