As you can see, the Service Fabric cluster is essential for creating and running applications created in Visual Studio. This will allow us to test applications directly on your local machine before publishing them to the cloud. As mentioned earlier, this isn't a watered-down version of the Service Fabric cluster. It is exactly the same version that would be installed on any one of the machines that you would install your Service Fabric applications on.
