RIVA AND WORKFLOW SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

A Riva process architecture, complete with processes for designed UOWs, exposes the workflows to be supported by a WFM system. Such systems are typically designed to support CPs in which a thread of activity leads from case inception to one of a number of possible outcomes.
