Summary
This has been one of our more technical chapters, although hopefully we haven't lost you along the way! Even if we have, this chapter will still have showed you what it is possible to accomplish with jBPM and other related toolsets. We have taken our system from a bare-bones business process management proof-of-concept system to a mature and robust BPM suite. Now, it is time to capitalize on all our hard work and start getting a return from our investment. Our work force will now be better organized and more productive, and we as Business Analysts can start analyzing the data coming out of our BPM system to see where we can make further process improvements.
