Updating Human Resources Policies

Updating human resources (HR) policies eliminates the existing constraints on process management imposed by employee guidelines crafted to fit the old work model. An update also enables the new style of organization to function effectively. This step provides incentives to staff to move toward the required behavior and team performance. It allows a more flexible allocation of staff and broader definitions of jobs. It also deals with displacement of existing staff and hiring of new employees.
