Building Computing Infrastructure
Building computing infrastructure includes building and testing the networks for human and data communications and the necessary interfaces among existing and new technologies. In this step, the organization evolves and tests standards consistent with the IT principles of the technology architecture. It also starts to put in place the core technologies required to support the new processes and applications.
