This Vision phase sets the scene for process-based projects to be initiated properly. In many organizations, it might be seen as extra time taken away from the “real work” of the project. In reality, if this phase isn’t conducted with care, significantly more work will end up being performed to correct all the confusion and lack of agreement that will surely come later.
