This chapter focuses on how companies organize their managers to assure that the organization’s processes are accomplished. In this chapter we will only focus on enterprise level
management issues. We will begin by considering the nature of management and how companies structure their managers. Then we will consider how management processes might be represented in a company’s business process architecture.
