Chapter 5. Maximizing Profitability—The Frank Russell Company

Demand for additional reports became increasingly overwhelming. Delivery of one report in response to one question invariably led to another question and a request for a new report, but processing these requests was taking too long. We needed to empower users with direct, interactive access to the data. We wanted something that anybody could learn quickly and could use to satisfy his or her unique data analysis needs. With Picasso and Einstein, we achieved this goal.
