Repeat the steps in the recipe to create a metric at Country level using a copy of Sum SalesAmount from FactInternetSales. Then create another metric with the formula:
([Sum SalesAmount from FactInternetSales] / [Sum SalesAmount from FactInternetSales (Country Level)])
Use those metrics in a report with the Country and StateProvince attributes.
