Centers of Excellence

Abstract

Centers of excellence (COE) are people-oriented solutions that systemically address enterprise-wide problems of disconnected application and data silos. They operate cross-functionally with different business groups along with their supporting processes, applications, and technologies. COEs enable enterprises to share skills, expertise, and data across applications used in different groups so, as a whole, the enterprise is making better use of the applications, and resources are more easily shared, while investments are maximized.
