Project Management

Abstract

Good project management helps ensure that projects are completed as planned, within budget, with good quality and, most important, that the completed project meets expectations. In larger organizations, establishing a business intelligence (BI) program helps ensure that all projects follow the same enterprise-wide BI vision and reduces overlap and redundancy.
