Appendix B. Additional Roles
Exhibit B lists the roles that could exist within the Business Intelligence Competency Center (in addition to the roles mentioned in Chapter 5), be covered by other business units, or be outsourced to an external provider. Some of these roles will definitely be covered by other business units (e.g., Finance) but will support the BICC in its activities.
