Digging into the Pew Report on Gamification

In May of 2012, the Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project, in conjunction with Elon University’s Imagining the Internet Center, released a study titled “The Future of Gamification.” The study, available online at www.pewinternet.org/Reports/2012/Future-of-Gamification.aspx, cites the results of a survey in which researchers asked more than 1,000 technology stakeholders which of the following two statements they agreed with, and to elaborate on their answer:
