Overview

Participants are asked to take a long and hard look at the elements within their workplace that constitute ethical management. Although the exercise begins on a lighthearted note, it quickly becomes a strong-headed compilation of ideas managers can incorporate into their own managerial style. The exercise concludes with a panel discussion.

Purpose

To compile a list of ways to demonstrate ethical management is being practiced.

Group Size

The group should be large enough to accommodate a panel presentation with at least six people in the audience to listen and interact with the panelists.
