Inform the Key Players

Part of your external communications strategy involves thinking about a list of people you need to inform in the event of a disruption. Depending on your business, these may range from stakeholders and suppliers to customers and partners. They’ve all invested in your organisation and want to know if you’re in trouble, particularly if it has a knock-on effect for their business.
