10.1 Employees’ health and safety
Some of the organisations I have worked with have had their employees’ health and safety interests at heart for many years while others, despite often being legislated, have been light years away from where they have needed to be. However, in preparing for the onslaught of a pandemic it will be necessary for most, if not all of them, to raise their game to provide the additional layer of protection required to help mitigate the risk of any cross contamination occurring in the working environment.
