About the Authors

Marie Taylor is an executive coach, speaker and facilitator of insight and learning. She established her own successful consulting and coaching practice in 2002 and has been coaching for more than 18 years. She works internationally, supporting leaders and their organizations to create success.

Marie has a post-graduate diploma in coaching and consultancy, and is a fellow of the CIPD, a master practitioner of NLP and a hypnotherapist. She also holds an honours degree and a master’s in business from Cambridge University. An experienced facilitator and trainer, she has worked with leadership groups in areas as diverse as national government, technology and science-based start-ups, professional bodies, international corporations, TV, the arts and nonprofits. She runs a successful leader-as-coach program, training leaders how to integrate practical coaching skills into everyday management. Marie is a consummate learner and a pragmatist. She has written books on thinking, career development and the enneagram.

Her coaching philosophy can be summed up as follows: ‘Possibility is the foundation of the human experience. Our true intention is what really matters most. Living life on purpose is the best way to create a purposeful life’.
