I am looking for a replacement for our art director...again. While employee turnover is not too common at our company, it does happen. We have people who come and work for us for a year or two; they build up their portfolio, get noticed by other firms, and then move on. As I plowed through resumes in search of our new art director, I was reminded that a business is an organism that wants to die. A business often seems like a lemming, doing all it can to jump off the cliff and end its life.
