79. Do What You Love; the Money Will Follow

Not unlike many other graphic designers, I was the kid in high school who could draw. I aced all the art classes and thoroughly enjoyed the creative process. During my first year of college, however, I had yet to decide on a major. I attended Indiana University, which consistently is one of the top-ranked business schools in the country. Many of my friends planned to major in business. Like an unoriginal sheep I followed along, leaving behind my previous plan of studying commercial art (a.k.a. graphic design).
