67. Never Give Your Client Homework

Over the past several years, we have been on retainer with TV Guide. Our strong relationship has definitely been win-win; they need us, and we need and appreciate them as one of our most active and long-term clients. A few weeks ago, we had a face-to-face meeting with them in which we discussed one of the big projects our team was in the process of executing for them.
