52. Tin Can Phones
Ever play with tin can phones? If you have, you know that what is said on one side isn’t always the same as what is received on the other. Similarly, most everyone has played the game Telephone, where you sit in a circle and someone whispers something in the ear of the person next to him or her, and then that person whispers it to the person next to them. And so it goes, until the message travels around the circle; by the time it gets back around, the message is often very different than the original meaning.
