51. Canned Communication

“There is no doubt about it: Our agency churns out a ton of projects—more than 1,500 projects in our first ten years of business, to be more specific. Each project averages about eight milestones, and each milestone requires a delivery email of some sort to be sent to the client. That adds up to approximately 12,000 structured delivery emails to our clients in about a decade. If you average that over ten years, it equates to roughly 4.6 email deliveries to a client per day, or an email every half an hour or so.
