50. Even the Lone Ranger Had Tonto

I remember as a little kid watching old black and white versions of the “Lone Ranger” on TV. My older brother and I would then play Lone Ranger after watching an episode. He was always the Lone Ranger, and I was always Tonto. Thinking back on that now, I wonder why the character was called the “Lone” Ranger when his trusted sidekick, Tonto, was always around to help get him out of trouble. He never really did it “alone.” As much as we might think we are “Lone Rangers” in business environments, the reality is that we usually have someone around helping us along the way.
