Windows 8 is a convergence of old and new: the confluence of the familiar interactions you’ve come to expect from a PC with new paradigms introduced in this age of smartphones and tablets. The mouse, keyboard, and digital pen are still first-class citizens for interacting and working with your PC, but these traditional ideas are joined in Windows 8 by touch. And by touch, I mean more than your finger masquerading as a faux mouse while a pointer follows it around the screen.
