Guidelines for Web Application Design

Regardless of how we strive to automate it, the art of design will always contain situations in which the designer has to make decisions based on his or her gut feelings. These situations may have compelling arguments for every possible choice. In the end, these decisions separate good designs from bad ones. Here are a few guidelines that may help the designer when making these types of decisions.
