The User Experience

At about the same time that use cases and supplementary requirements are being developed the UX guidelines document (UXG) begins its evolution (Figure 8-12). This document, which is owned by the information architect, outlines the intended look-and-feel for the application, and its purpose is to guide the team developing the user interface.
