Project management	Vision statement and business case are presented and accepted. The project plan and iteration plans are updated.
Architecture	Architectural prototypes are examined, and others started, if necessary. Software architecture document is started. Persistence and transaction strategies are evaluated. Prototypes are made. The decision is made to go with Microsoft's Active Server Pages enabling technology.
Requirements	Requirements team divides up and tackles specific use case packages The Shopping Cart package, identified as having high risk, is tackled first. The team members working on this package include a domain expert, a client programmer, and a user interface expert. Project manager, ...
