Appendix D. Roses Alive! Project Plan Outline
Roses Alive! is a hypothetical live cut rose wholesale and retail company. It has been decided that Roses Alive! needs to create an Internet presence to both maintain and create new market share. The project begins with an idea that is worked into a vision statement. From there, a project plan is created and executed. The ultimate outcome is a working e-commerce site for Roses Alive!
The outline presented here is just that, an outline. It is meant to convey an idea of a practical e-commerce project schedule. The goals of this particular project are minimal and will serve as a pilot for future Web applications at the company.
