OpenSIPS has an exceptional tool called SIPTRACE. With this tool, you can trace calls from a specific user in real time. SIPTRACE can severely affect the performance of your system when enabled. The SIPTRACE module logs the SIP signaling to a database for the inbound and outbound traffic. Remember that a good magnetic hard disk is usually able to write up to 200 IO operations per second (IOPS). With SIPTRACE turned on, it will insert at least eight records for a simple authenticated call along with indexes.
