Building Bridges:Building Stakeholder Relations
Preparation:
1. Use the responses from the “Who are Your Stakeholders?” activity.
2. Make or send a copy of the Building Bridges Worksheet to each team member.
Process:
1. Distribute copies of the Building Bridges Worksheet to everyone.
2. Form sub-groups and ask each sub-group to address one stakeholder from the list.
3. Ask each sub-group to discuss the handout questions as they pertain to their stakeholder.
4. Ask that each sub-group present a report on their stakeholder using the worksheet questions.
5. Facilitate a discussion on each report.
6. Conclude with a summary of next steps for each stakeholder.
