Post Project Review Process

A post project review survey is distributed to project participants (i.e., project team members, steering team members, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders) to gather their individual evaluations of various aspects of the project. The survey responses are compiled and summarized in a report that is distributed and reviewed by the project team in a post project review meeting. The Post Project Review Survey Report is used to facilitate a discussion on lessons learned—what worked and what could be improved upon. The lessons learned are documented and entered into a project knowledge database to allow for keyword searches and easy retrieval by future project teams.
