Project Progress Reporting Cycle Process

The project progress reporting cycle process establishes a regularly scheduled reporting day and time, identifies what will be reported, and specifies the format to be used for the project team and steering team review meetings. Table 12-1a lists the templates used during this process. Figure 12-1 shows the process flow diagram, Table 12-1b shows the process step description, and Table 12-1c contains the RRAA matrix.
