A New Approach

Traditional training is generally focused on teaching individuals how to perform job tasks more efficiently, master best practices, or acquire new job skills. It is based on the assumption that there is one right way to do things and that objective trainees can learn that right way from experts or by observing expert processes. While traditional training has its value, it does not help people deal with the complex, ambiguous issues that are being rapidly generated by changing demographics, technology, customer expectations, competition, and globalization.
