Summary
This chapter discussed building the data model for the basic product catalog of MyGolfGear.NET. It also covered the creation of the stored procedures responsible for retrieving, updating, adding, and deleting categories, parts, and part options. Finally, it covered securing each of these database objects.
The next chapter will cover using ASP.NET to administer the product catalog. Specifically, it will cover creating the components and page elements necessary to add, remove, and update category, and part data.
