Finishing the Workflow

As mentioned previously, our first goal for this chapter is to finish the workflow, which requires us to do the following:

  1. Collect feedback from the reviewers.

  2. Collect summary feedback from the employee.

  3. Incorporate feedback into the appraisal document.

  4. Collect summary feedback from the manager.

  5. Collect signatures from all parties involved.

Collecting feedback will require a new activity, as well as additions to the workflow. Incorporating feedback will consist of aggregating data from various documents back into the original document. The manager feedback will be collected when the manager is finalizing the appraisal document after the employee and reviewer feedback have been integrated into the original appraisal document. ...
