When it comes to monitoring the cloud, it’s important to recognize that in large organizations, there are different roles involved and the monitoring has to be tailored for each specific role. For example, in a typical public cloud, there are self-service users (often part of a larger tenant group), tenant administrators, operations support personnel, and cloud administrators.
