KICK THE PROCRASTINATION HABIT

Another part of applying ‘time integrity’ with your time is kicking the procrastination habit. Here are a few tips that I find work well for me in this regard:

  • Learn to take advantage of small segments of time

    Procrastinators are notorious for thinking they need a huge block of time to really get started on something. We've talked a lot about 90 minutes, but it is also worth learning to use the five, ten and 15 minute slots that you find during the day to organize yourself, break down the things you want to do into steps and start working on them.
