This is actually Botty Rule 5 (if you have read my other book!) but I have included it here because it is so relevant to 90-minute chunks. Everything I have talked about so far revolves around having time integrity, working to set goals and working to deadlines. In short, ‘deadlines get stuff done’.
There is a much bigger principle at play here. In my business I use this little phrase when something important needs to get done. I ask myself or the relevant member of my team: ‘If I had to do X by Y, or else I die, could I get it done?’
