Protect Data Center servers and equipment from theft, vandalism, accidental damage, or sabotage by installing a card reader system. For additional security, consider features that require combination codes and prevent tailgating.

Cages are sometimes used within a Data Center to provide more physical security or subdivide the room into smaller server areas. If you install a cage, extend the fencing below the raised floor and above the false ceiling, cover the walls to obscure visibility, and contain as much supporting infrastructure within the cage as possible.
