Signal Reference Grid
In addition to the safety that a Data Center grounding system provides to people and equipment, it also reduces electrical noise in the room. To further protect your servers and networking devices from interference, install a second grounding system known as a signal reference grid. This grid, also made of copper, specifically reduces high frequency noise. Connect to the signal reference grid from your Data Center's raised floor pedestals and at each power distribution unit and air handler.
